Physicals are due. If you do not have your physical in time your player will not be able to receive pads.

Below are some Urgent Cares in Albuquerque if you are unable to get into your PCP before the deadline. Below are a few locations and pricing. I have also attached the Physical Form that will need to be filled out.
NextCare Urgent Care- $25 you will need to schedule an apt and have forms with you to fill out.
NM Urgent Care- (both locations) $75 they do take walk-ins and have forms with you to fill out.
Doctors Urgent Care- $25 they do take walk-ins and have forms with you to fill out.
Duke City Urgent Care- (both locations) $60 they do take walk-ins and have forms with you to fill out.
